Secure off-site parking for trailers or RVs is available approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit. If you’d like to reserve a space, please let us know prior to your arrival so we can add it to your reservation and provide you with the access code. Located just minutes away from shopping and dining, this home is close to the European Village, which offers shops, bars, and restaurants, along with nightly entertainment events and a Sunday organic produce market. The beach is only a 5-minute drive away, and the Palm Harbor Golf course offers year-round golfing. Walking, biking, and hiking trails are easily accessible, making this location perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Due to city regulations, trailers and RVs are not permitted to be parked at any city properties, and parking on the lawn or city swales is strictly prohibited at all times. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway only. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm your stay and receive check-in instructions. There is a car located to one side in the garage temporarily. Basic starter supplies are provided for your arrival, including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, but zip lock bags, seran wraps, and foil paper are not provided. A laptop computer is not included.
