Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No smoking, parties, or outside guests without permission are allowed. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets (40 lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs, with an additional pet fee based on stay length.
