The third floor features a primary bedroom with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony, also air-conditioned. The fourth floor offers a rooftop patio with outdoor seating. The home does not have dedicated parking. A city-issued guest parking permit is provided for free street parking. However, Capitol Hill is a densely populated area, so street parking is first-come, first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available directly across the street from the townhome complex for a guaranteed spot. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per pet fee. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. The pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation.
