The first floor includes a living room with a queen sofa bed, kitchen, and dining area with air conditioning. The second floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, a hallway bath with a bathtub and shower combo, and laundry facilities with heat only. The third floor features a primary bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower and a private balcony with air conditioning. The fourth floor offers a rooftop patio with outdoor seating. The home does not have dedicated parking, but a city-issued guest parking permit is provided for free street parking. However, street parking is first-come-first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available directly across the street from the townhome complex for a guaranteed spot. Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per night. The second-floor bedroom does not have air conditioning, but it usually doesn't get hot. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, with quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. A $500 fine applies per violation. Guest access is granted via a smart lock. The townhome is equipped with high-speed internet for streaming or remote work needs. A smart TV is available for entertainment. A laptop computer is not included.
