City adventure meets cozy comfort—all in one perfect spot. The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is 1045 sqft. The first floor includes a living room with a queen sofa bed, kitchen, and dining area, all air-conditioned. The second floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, a hallway bath with a bathtub and shower combo, and laundry facilities. The third floor features a primary bedroom with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a private balcony, also air-conditioned. The fourth floor offers a rooftop patio with outdoor seating. The home does not have dedicated parking. A city-issued guest parking permit is provided for free street parking. However, Capitol Hill is a densely populated area, so street parking is first-come, first-served and can be hard to find depending on the time of day. Paid public parking is available directly across the street from the townhome complex for a guaranteed spot. Well-trained pets are welcome with a $50 per pet fee. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. The pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation. Capitol Hill is the epitome of 21st-century Seattle: young, high-tech, and culturally adventurous. It's the epicenter of coffee culture, home to clubs that spawned the grunge movement, and the site of some of Seattle's biggest events, like Block Party and the Pride Parade. While it's simply home to many, it's also one of the hottest nightlife neighborhoods and has a long list of things to do, from visiting beautiful Volunteer Park to going to the Seattle Asian Art Museum, to dining or hanging out at a microbrewery. This townhome is not handicap friendly, and guests must be comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. The second-floor bedroom does not have air conditioning, but it usually doesn't get hot. Strictly no parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, and no shoes in the home. A $500 fine applies per violation. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock. The apartment is equipped with high-speed internet and a smart TV for streaming or remote work needs.
