Relax in the hot tub or on the hammock. A propane grill is available for use as well as outdoor dining for four. The attached 2-car garage provides additional convenience. A maximum of two dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a third or fourth dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Conveniently located near shopping, highways, and recreational facilities, this home makes it easy to explore Akron and its surroundings. There is a ring doorbell on the front door that monitors and records video. Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There are decibel readers that track noise levels outside, and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice. If you violate any house rules, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.
