HEB grocery stores, coffee shops, and local dining favorites are conveniently located, making it easy to feel at home. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, including patios, balconies, driveways, and all outdoor areas. A strict no-smoking policy is enforced with a penalty fee and possible eviction without a refund for violations. No pets, parties, or smoking are allowed on the property, with a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of the full deposit for violations. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 7:00.
