The home features three comfortable bedrooms: a king-size master, a queen bedroom, and a third room with a twin trundle bed. The fourth room is set up as a dedicated office, ideal for remote work or study. Step outside to your serene backyard that opens onto a lush greenbelt—a peaceful escape to enjoy morning coffee, evening sunsets, or a short nature stroll. Inside, the home is bright, airy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over three days in duration for an extra fee, which needs to be booked in advance. We're happy to deliver a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 and a highchair for $40, both as a one-time fee. Nestled in the heart of South Austin, the Battle Bend Springs neighborhood offers a relaxed, residential vibe with easy access to the city’s best experiences. You'll be just minutes from the bustling South Congress (SoCo) district, home to iconic food trucks, eclectic boutiques, live music venues, and some of the city’s best eateries. Prefer a quieter adventure? Stroll through nearby Battle Bend Park or explore the scenic walking trails at Williamson Creek Greenbelt. HEB grocery stores, coffee shops, and local dining favorites are right around the corner, making it easy to feel at home. Whether you’re here to dive into Austin’s creative culture or just want a comfortable retreat close to everything, this neighborhood gives you the best of both worlds—peaceful and residential, yet just a short drive from downtown’s energy. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, whether inside or outside, including patios, balconies, driveways, and all outdoor areas. A strict no-smoking policy is enforced with a penalty fee and possible immediate eviction without a refund for violations. No pets, parties, or smoking are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are between 23:00 and 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Kindly remove your shoes indoors to help keep the space clean and avoid leaving food out on counters to prevent attracting bugs. The home is decorated with meaningful family heirlooms and collected pieces, so treat the space with care, avoid touching the art, and be gentle with furnishings to preserve their quality for all guests to enjoy. Bedroom 3 has a daybed with a trundle, which together offer two separate single beds. The fourth room is set up as a dedicated office, ideal for remote work or study. A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit.
