Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by elegant artwork and decor at the top of the steps. The spacious living room is equipped for all your entertainment needs, including a TV with Apple TV. Just off the front of the living room is the balcony with expansive ocean views, complete with a grill and seating for all your grilling and sunset viewing needs. The dining room comfortably seats eight guests with ocean views in the background. The beautifully remodeled kitchen is next to the dining room and equipped with a baker's oven, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The stovetop is inserted into the island on the kitchen's eastern side, allowing guests to entertain or socialize while sitting at the island or in the attached sitting room. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking meals. Down the hallway is the first full bathroom next to a bedroom with a queen-size bed. Across the hall is the laundry room, ready for use. At the end of the hall is another queen-size bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom. The primary bedroom is just off the living room and has a king-size bed, a desk for work meetings, and a full en-suite bathroom. The home also has a queen-size air mattress that can be utilized in the shared spaces. All linens, baths, and beach towels are ready for your stay. Sunset Cliffs is an affluent coastal community in the Point Loma area of San Diego. It is bordered by the Pacific Ocean on the west, Ocean Beach on the north, Catalina Blvd. and Santa Barbara St. on the east, and Sunset Cliffs Natural Park on the south. The area is named for the sheer cliffs which border the ocean. There are surfing spots below the cliffs, and the cliffside trails are popular for walking and watching the sunset. A car is the best way to get around San Diego, but Uber and Lyfts are readily available if you aren't bringing your own car. This house is suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. Pets are not allowed without written authorization. San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We enforce their policy, so it must be signed to receive check-in info, but it can all be done online. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. San Diego vacation homes are in jeopardy, so please follow these house rules to help preserve property rights and avoid fines from police and management. If any of the strict rules are violated, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund, and immediate eviction may occur. Occupants exceeding the number declared on the reservation will not be permitted to stay past 10 PM. Children and infants are considered occupants. No more than 3 guests above the stated number of occupants in your reservation are allowed on the premises at any time. Guests are not allowed to use outdoor areas after 9 PM. Only small speakers playing at low volume are allowed outside. Noise complaints constitute a violation. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property, with a fine of $500. Remove excess trash and wash dishes before checkout to avoid fines. Empty the grease pan under the BBQ after use to prevent fire hazards. Furniture must be moved back before departure. Lock all doors and windows before leaving the home.
