Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the premises, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty and immediate removal without a refund. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and in the event of a party, the police will be contacted, you will be removed immediately without a refund, and you will be charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. One pet per reservation is allowed, but pets cannot be more than 60lbs without prior permission. Owners are required to pick up after their pets, and pets must be leashed when outside.
