While this bungalow doesn't have a beach view, you have a channel view from your front patio and access to the large beachfront patio at the front of the complex. It offers direct beach access and is the perfect spot for a couples’ getaway or small family vacation. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath bungalow is fully equipped and includes linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps at check-in. The kitchen is perfect for light meals, snacks, or coffee breaks and features a full kitchen with an oven, stovetop, microwave, black fridge, natural wood cabinets, a high-top dining table for 2, a coffee maker, and basic cookware. There is a large walk-in shower with glass doors and a dark wood vanity with a medicine cabinet in the bathroom. The living area includes a comfy futon, smart TV, TV stand, and ceiling fan. The bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, storage closet, bedside tables, and lamps. Free access to the detached laundry area is available in a locked closet on the left side of the main house and is shared with Unit 2. Free parking is available for 1 vehicle in a designated space. One pet is allowed per reservation with a pet fee of $125 for stays of up to 7 days or $250 for stays longer than 7 days. With direct access to the beach, this bungalow is also close to the intracoastal for fishing and a short walk to Italian, seafood, Mexican, and other dining options. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty. In the event of a party, the police will be contacted and you will be removed immediately without a refund and charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal without a refund and a penalty of $400. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided as well. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Please refrain from launching or purchasing any new subscriptions on the TV.
