It's the perfect place to relax, explore, and enjoy fellowship. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a perfect getaway. The bedrooms feature gorgeous heart-pine floors and large windows. The first bedroom has a queen bed, while the second bedroom includes two full beds and a trundle bed with a twin pullout underneath. Enjoy a movie or sporting event in the living room, where the couches center around a unique, non-functional fireplace that adds to the home's historic character. Cook up any meal in the fully stocked kitchen and enjoy it outside on the rocking chairs and porch swing. During your stay, you'll have full access to the front unit, while the back unit is rented separately. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary. Located in historic Uptown Columbus, this home is within walking distance to Broadway, the Riverwalk, Columbus State University, and the Spring Opera House. Enjoy the nearby bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. The downtown area is just a quick stroll away, and Fort Benning is a short drive or Uber ride from the home. Guests will have access to the entire front unit of this townhome, which has its own entrance and is completely separate from the back unit. A signed rental agreement is required and guests must be 21 years of age to book. Pets are welcome with specific conditions and fees. Check-in and check-out times will be provided upon booking.
