There is no separate entrance, but the basement stairway is adjacent to the front door of the house. The dry kitchenette includes a refrigerator, freezer, toaster oven, microwave oven, 2-slice toaster, Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee pot, two-burner electric stove, and teapot. The bathroom sink does not have a garbage disposal, so please plan to wash dishes in the kitchen on the main floor. Rent includes all utilities including 1200 Mbps internet.
