Upstairs, two bedrooms each have two Twin beds, a third has a King bed, and the last has a Queen bed. With 3.5 bathrooms, getting ready is simple for larger groups. The large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully equipped for preparing meals, and the spacious dining area brings everyone together comfortably. This home includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and essentials such as bed linens and towels. Entertainment options include a TV and a dedicated workspace. Guests can enjoy access to the private pool, hot tub, and gym. Parking is available on the premises for up to two vehicles in the driveway. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available for families. The cost for pool access is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately with at least a week's notice. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; initial supplies for bathrooms and laundry are provided, but not refilled during your stay. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate with outdoor socializing after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
