Pool access is available where allowed by season and weather. A pet fee between $100 and $300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined). Ideally located close to different attractions, this condo is just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride away. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. Guests must not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
