DO NOT MOVE HERE
April 11, 2022***Please read entire review*** Please do not move here. I moved here in October 2021 only to quickly moved out by February 2022. These apartments were built very cheaply. I lived on the second story and could hear EVERYTHING from my upstairs neighbor. Every single movement was able to be heard through the ceiling. The upstairs neighbor would fight with his girlfriend and had a big dog and you can hear it 24/7. Speaking to some of the neighbors across the way from my apartment and they stated ...they can hear every single movement above them as well. When I asked the complex to do something about the noise, they would just send an email. Nothing would come of it as usual. Next thing, around January 2021, the United States Marshal Service was at the apartment complex extracting a violent and dangerous criminal. So much for background checks? The place constantly smells of marijuana and when you complain, all they do is send out an email saying "Please don't do that" and continue to never take action on it. This is one of the things you sign when you first move in by the way. They claim to be a smoke free complex and you see their own maintenance people still smoking around the corner. But they are quick to threaten a fine if you leave your trash cans by the front door for one day too long. Parking: Horrendous. Good luck finding an uncovered parking spot close to your apartment after 3 PM if you have more then one car. The second day I lived in my apartment, it flooded because maintenance or the installers failed to properly install the washer and place the drain hose in the drain hole. I have never broken a lease to leave an apartment, but after 4 months at this place, I couldn't get out fast enough. By the way, if you do move here and decide to break the lease, make sure the staff gives you the correct amount (information you would expect them to know) prior to paying or they will slap on fees and taxes that they did not advise you of and expect you to pay it. But I mean if you love the smell of marijuana constantly throughout your home, living next to violent, dangerous felons, horrible parking, little to no sleep due to rude and inconsiderate neighbors, then this place is wonderful!Property Manager Responded
