The bathroom is clean and modern, stocked with essential toiletries and fresh towels. A full-size washer and dryer are available in the unit, making it an excellent choice for longer stays. Guests will enjoy access to the community’s resort-style amenities including a pool, outdoor lounge areas, and fitness center. This home is ideal for business travelers, families, or small groups looking for a comfortable and stylish base in a well-maintained community. No smoking inside the unit, building, or on any balconies. No pets are allowed. No parties or events. No outside guests are permitted; only those added to the reservation are allowed on the property. The minimum guest age is 18, and children must be accompanied by parents. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are not possible. Guests must complete a Guest Accommodations Agreement and ID verification to receive arrival details. Failure to do so will result in no refund. Guests are liable for damages inside the apartment, with charges for repairs, replacement, or special cleaning. Unapproved/unregistered guests or pets will incur a $200 fine and an additional $50 pet cleaning fee. There is a $200 fee for noise disruptions, with possible removal from the property. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 9am. Guests agree to pay not less than $1,000 for odor abatement if they smoke in the apartment, hallways, common areas, or if cigarette butts are left on the grounds. Marijuana and tobacco sensors are used in apartments to help enforce the non-smoking rule. Guests are prohibited from carrying firearms or weapons in the apartment or on the property. Packages will not be accepted and no mail deliveries can be sent to the apartment; guests should use a nearby UPS store, FedEx store, or Amazon Lockers. Because our properties are part of a natural environment, occasional insects or small living beings, including bugs, spiders, flies, and similar, may be present on site or enter the unit. While high standards of cleanliness and pest control are maintained, the occasional presence of insects is not grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
