Guest verification is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a Rental Agreement, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in, and paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver covers accidental damage during the stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out.
