The living room features a 65-inch smart TV, a large plush sofa, and ample seating, all within an open floor concept that connects to the kitchen and dining area. Guests are welcome to use the golf cart provided with this rental. However, guests must adhere to all local laws, regulations, and safety requirements regarding golf cart operation. Parking is available for up to 3 cars in the driveway, and no street parking is allowed to avoid towing. Located in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, FL, this vacation home offers easy access to stunning beaches, top-notch dining, and exciting local attractions. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property and in outdoor areas, with a $300 fee charged for each room that has smoke odor to cover smoke removal services. Parties are strictly prohibited, and if a party takes place, guests may be asked to leave immediately with no refund. If the cleaning team determines that additional cleaning is required due to excessive mess or damage, a $200 extra cleaning fee will be charged. Guest verification is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation, including signing a Rental Agreement, providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in, and paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver covers accidental damage during the stay, as long as it is reported prior to check-out.
