Parking is limited inside the Community and must adhere to Community, State, and Local Guidelines. Champions Gate Club Management reserves the right to tow, at the owner's expense, any vehicles that violate these regulations without any prior warning. Trailers, Buses, and Recreational Vehicles are not permitted inside the Champions Gate community. Pool heating is available upon 24 hours advance request for an additional fee of USD$35 plus tax per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. A $35 fee plus tax is required for the usage of the grill available at the properties. For pet-friendly units, the additional cleaning fee is USD$250 for one pet plus tax per stay or USD $150 per pet for two pets or more. If you bring a pet without previous authorization, you will be charged a non-refundable penalty fee of USD$500 plus tax per stay. Nestled within the heart of Central Florida, the Villas at Champions Gate is a luxury retreat located just minutes from Orlando’s top attractions. Situated adjacent to the stunning four-diamond Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate, guests will enjoy all the resort's amenities and facilities, including access to the 10,000 square foot European-style spa and fitness facility, two Greg Norman-designed championship golf courses, a formal pool with private cabanas, a children's splash zone, a heated family pool with waterslide, an 850-foot lazy river, a jacuzzi, and more. The property is around 7 minutes by car to the main clubhouse. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in at 10 AM or late check-out at 4 PM is available, subject to pricing and availability. All properties are 100% smoke-free. In case of any signs of smoking in the house, there will be an additional non-refundable fee of $250 USD plus tax. Guests must follow the Club and Community's rules and regulations while at the Oasis Club. Failure to follow Club rules and directions from club staff could result in a suspension of Club usage privileges. Guests are responsible for any violation and/or additional fees charged by the community association for incorrect disposal of trash. Unauthorized additional guests will incur a penalty of 50% of the total night rate of the reservation plus tax. A laptop computer is not included in the home office set-up. [SI]
