There are noise monitors installed in the apartment that measure noise levels in decibels, and tampering with them will result in a fee. There are security cameras in the hallways for security. If the apartment is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning, you may be charged extra for cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a fee of $80 for key replacements or $150 for key fob replacements. Depending on the cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25/hour with 24 hours' notice. Otherwise, for delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check-out fee. All guests must be 23 years old and above. If there are noise complaints or any violation of the quiet hours rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund.
