Multiple couches, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa, ensure plenty of space to chill out. The dining room connects to both the living room and the kitchen, featuring an oversized farmhouse-style table that seats 8 adults comfortably. The newly updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances has the basics you need to settle in and feel at home. With 5 generously sized bedrooms, there's plenty of room for large families or groups. Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed with an additional queen-sized sleeper sofa, serving as the master suite with its own bathroom and a 50" TV with Roku. Bedroom 2 is perfect for kids with two twins over full bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 6 kids. Bedroom 3 has a queen-sized bed and shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with Bedroom 4, which has two full-size beds. Bedroom 5 completes the sleeping arrangements with a king-size bed. The home has 3 full bathrooms, a washer and dryer on-site, and a wonderful covered porch with a bar, lots of seating, and plenty of fun and games for all ages. While the house has a wheelchair ramp, it is not ADA compliant. Guests will not have to navigate any stairs except for the master suite, which has two steps leading down into the room. Pets are welcome with a fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. It is close to dining, shopping, and adventure. Driving is recommended, and parking is offered for guests. However, Uber and Lyft service the area as well. The house has a digital combo lock pad, and you will receive the code upon check-in. Check-in and check-out are automated to provide maximum privacy and flexibility. Interaction is minimal, but assistance is available if needed. One of the king bedrooms requires going down a few stairs, while the rest are on the main level. A signed rental agreement is required, and guests must be 21 years of age to book.
