This tiny house is located on the host's property in the Belmont Park area of Cranston/Warwick, RI, in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood tucked away near the Pawtuxet River. Parking is available on the street next to the tiny house under the tree. This is a minimalism-style accommodation, very similar to camping. During the winter months, when temperatures drop below freezing, the water system in the camper is not operational due to frozen pipes. Heat, electricity, and Wi-Fi remain fully functional, but there will be no running water inside the unit. For liability and safety purposes, visitors are not permitted in the unit.
