The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand new cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and refrigerator with an ice maker. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided. The condo is dog-friendly with a fee of $59 per dog, two maximum. Dogs must be registered, and if not, a charge of $120 per dog will apply. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bed, and additional fees may be charged for hair, stains, damage, or waste found in the home or yard. Located just 1.5 miles from the central business district (Uptown), you'll have access to 3 parks, two full-service grocery stores, over 40 restaurants, massage studios, coffee shops, art galleries, consignment stores, neighborhood pubs, and other amenities. The neighborhood features a mix of stately homes and craftsman bungalows, many built in the early 1900s, along with vibrant commercial areas. A transit stop half a block away provides bus service directly to Uptown and SouthPark every 15-20 minutes, and the Lynx Blue Line light rail is only a 15-minute walk away. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM must be respected. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Damage to the home or its furnishings will be the guest's responsibility, and excessive trash removal will incur a $100 charge. The condo includes a desk, Wi-Fi, and a small stereo CD player with a place for your iPod or MP3 player. A large flat-screen television in the living room is Wi-Fi enabled and streams Netflix and Hulu, and there's also a flatscreen TV in the bedroom. A laptop computer is not included.
