Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation will be canceled, and guests will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund.
