Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. Optional mid-stay cleaning is available for extended stays, including new linens, surface cleaning, and trash removal. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, and tampering with smoke detectors will incur a $2,500 fine and immediate removal. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All guests must complete identity verification prior to check-in. The property is not designed for guests with visual or physical impairments. Self check-in is available via smart lock or lockbox, with instructions provided prior to arrival.
