Please maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. If any items are used from the garage, please return them to their original spot. Grills must stay downstairs only, and grilling on the deck is prohibited. Please clean the grill after use. After visiting the beach, rinse sand off using the outdoor shower before entering the home and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Only flush toilet paper; do not flush wipes or hygiene products, and do not pour grease down the drains, as this can damage the septic system.
