This home features an open living room and a fully stocked kitchen, allowing for comfortable cooking, relaxing, and spending time together without feeling crowded. A laundry closet is available for guest use. The garage space includes games, seating, and a firepit set-up for evenings. A pellet grill is also available for downstairs use. Parking is available at the home. Golf carts are popular and allowed in the neighborhood and on the beach, with beach driving and parking permitted with a beach pass. Access to the entire home, including all living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, decks, patios, and garage, is provided. Located on the quieter western edge of the Bolivar Peninsula, Port Bolivar offers a more relaxed alternative to the busier parts of Crystal Beach. Enjoy wide, open beaches with fewer crowds and easy beach access for walking, driving, or golf carting. A short, free ferry ride connects you to Galveston. Nearby highlights include Fort Travis Seashore Park, local seafood spots, and scenic coastal views and birding areas. There are three exterior security cameras: one on the bottom patio, one overlooking the top deck, and one pointing towards the beach. Please do not park under the house; park only on the driveway and be careful not to hit the pilings. Smoking is not permitted. No parties or events are allowed, and illegal activities are prohibited. Please maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. If any items are used from the garage, please return them to their original spot. Grills must stay downstairs only, and grilling on the deck is prohibited. Please clean the grill after use. After visiting the beach, rinse sand off using the outdoor shower before entering the home and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Only flush toilet paper; do not flush wipes or hygiene products, and do not pour grease down the drains, as this can damage the septic system. If any accidental damage occurs, please report it as soon as possible. Please lock all doors upon departure and return the key to the lockbox. In case of tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, a full refund will be given. If you must evacuate during your stay due to a tropical storm/hurricane, you will be credited for all days lost. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty, and swimming is at your own risk. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor for loss or damage of personal property.
