The cozy living room features ample seating, a 65-inch TV, and access to the outdoor patio. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, including a rolling island for food prep. The game room offers a foosball table and access to the lower patio, while the theater room is complete with lounge seating, bean bag chairs, and a 75-inch Hisense Google Smart TV. The cabin also includes a kitchenette with a mini bar and a washer and dryer for guest use. Guests can park in the gravel lot, and the property is pet-friendly with a small fee. Dogs are welcome with a maximum of three, and a fee of $90 per dog is required prior to your stay. Unauthorized pets will incur a fine of $400. The garage is not available for guest use. Located just 2.3 miles from Historic Downtown Eureka Springs, this cabin is ideally situated for exploring the area. It's a short 10-minute drive to the Little Glass Wedding Chapel and 15 minutes from the Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will result in a $1000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. An exterior camera is installed for the security of the property.
