Enjoy the sweeping views of the Ozark Mountains from the outdoor living spaces, which include multiple seating areas, a hot tub, dining table, fire pit, and BBQ grill. Inside, the cozy living room features ample seating, a 65-inch TV, and access to the outdoor patio. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and the game room and theater room provide entertainment options for all ages. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer during their stay. The property is pet-friendly, allowing dogs with a maximum of three, for a fee of $90 per dog. Please note that unauthorized pets or cats will incur a fine of $400. Parking is available in the gravel lot, although the garage is not accessible to guests. The Eureka House is ideally located for exploring the local attractions, with easy access to Historic Downtown Eureka Springs, Little Glass Wedding Chapel, and Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge. Unauthorized parties or events will result in a $1000 fine, and unauthorized checkout delays will incur a $100 per hour fee. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. An exterior camera is present for security purposes.
