A washer and dryer are available in the laundry room. Free parking is available for three cars in the garage, plus driveway parking. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 1 pet per stay). Uber and Lyft are available. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. The fireplace, spa heating element, and jets are inoperable.
