Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodation for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is designed for gatherings large and small, featuring stainless steel appliances, dual ovens, a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a kitchen island with cooktop. The living room and family room offer cozy couches, curated décor, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, lofted ceilings, and expansive windows. Dining areas include a breakfast nook for six and a formal dining table for eight. Free parking is available for three cars in the garage and additional driveway parking. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of one pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Experience the perks of lakeside living in Lakewood Village! Take in the natural beauty and unwind with some local fun. Be sure to check out community amenities such as Lewisville Lake, one of the largest lakes in North Texas, perfect for fishing, skiing, kayaking, and relaxing. Enjoy parks, nature preserves, and hiking trails, offering opportunities for hiking, birdwatching, and exploring the natural beauty of the area. Golfing is available at top-rated golf courses, such as The Tribute Golf Club and Old American Golf Club. Local attractions include wineries, vineyards, and community events. If you arrive by car, free parking is available, and Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests are allowed over while renting our property. Noise level monitoring is in place to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. The fireplace and spa jets are currently inoperable. We offer plenty of body towels for your use, but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. All smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, and guests are welcome to login with personal accounts. The primary suite includes a king bed, sitting area, workstation, and ensuite spa bathroom. A laptop computer is not included. [SI]
