Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Washer and dryer facilities are available on each floor for a fee of $2 per load, payable by app. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation. The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like the Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the beach literally downstairs. The new 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade, featuring arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing, is also right downstairs. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, the Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. Taxis and rideshare cars are readily available. Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are permitted without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), with restrictions on certain breeds. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately.
