This comfortable suite has everything you need to make you feel right at home. The fully functional kitchen includes tea, coffee, a kettle, coffeemaker, and toaster. A washer and dryer are available. The bathroom includes towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer and other toiletries that you may have forgotten at home. Pets are allowed in the apartment for a fee of $20 per night for 1 pet. If you plan to stay with pets, please confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Parking is available, and if you require a parking spot, you must provide your vehicle and license plate numbers. Little Italy, Dundas West, Queen West Kensington Market are all full of the best bars, restaurants, and parks. All guests must provide information, i.e. every guest's name and their ID details. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. Check-in is after 4PM, and check-out is before 12PM. For reservations with 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit of 1000 CAD. If smoking occurs inside, there is damage to the unit, or other house rules are violated, the deposit will not be refunded. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, the reservation may be canceled immediately without any refund. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building.
