Little Italy, Dundas West, Queen West, and Kensington Market are all nearby, offering the best bars, restaurants, and parks. Check-in is after 4PM, and check-out is before 12PM. Late check-out may be possible if requested well in advance. All guests must provide their names, ID details, and vehicle license plate numbers if parking is required. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the information provided will not be allowed into the building. If smoking occurs inside, or there is damage to the unit or other house rules are violated, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. If the alarm is triggered by any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana), you will be charged a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fees. [SI]
