An outdoor shower and a fully fenced backyard are ideal for rinsing off after the beach and for kids and dogs to play freely. Garage access is available for guest use and parking is on the driveway only. Golf carts can be rented locally and are a popular way to get around. Crystal Beach, located on the Bolivar Peninsula, is known for its miles of drivable beaches, great fishing, local restaurants, and a laid-back coastal vibe. This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood just a short 5-minute walk from the beach, close enough to hear the seagulls but far enough for a peaceful evening. Groceries, bait, ice, and supplies are a short drive away. Explore local seafood spots, beach bars, live music venues, fishing charters, and family-friendly attractions. You can drive directly onto the sand, making beach days exceptionally convenient. Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco, marijuana, or similar products are strictly prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in an additional cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for any locksmith, re-key, labor, parts, call-out, or after-hours fees if a key is lost, the access code is forgotten, or entry is impossible after all options are exhausted, unless the issue is caused by a lock malfunction, smart lock failure, or host error. Damage caused by misuse of the septic system may result in additional charges. Guests may be responsible for repairs or replacement costs resulting from negligent, reckless, or intentional damage. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, violations of house rules, illegal activity, or excessive disturbances, no refund will be provided for unused nights. Crystal Beach does not have lifeguards on duty, and swimming and beach activities are at your own risk. Children should be supervised at all times near water. The charcoal grill may only be used in the downstairs patio area; grilling on the upstairs deck is strictly prohibited. Never leave the grill unattended while in use. Do not flush feminine hygiene products, wipes, paper towels, or anything other than toilet paper down the drains. Do not pour grease, oil, or food scraps down the drains. Please lock all doors when leaving the property and at checkout. Guests assume all responsibility for themselves and their group while on the property. Owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. By accepting this reservation, guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their use of the property and its amenities.
