Vehicles are allowed directly on the beach with a valid parking permit, making beach days convenient. Smoking, vaping, and the use of any tobacco, marijuana, or similar products are strictly prohibited inside the home. Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in an additional cleaning fee. Before checking out, please double-check the home for personal belongings; if items are left behind and you would like them returned, a $50 handling fee plus the actual shipping cost will be charged. Grilling on the upstairs deck is strictly prohibited and violates Galveston County fire regulations. Never leave the grill unattended while in use. Self check-in is simple with a lockbox code provided before arrival. If a key is lost, the access code is forgotten, or you are unable to enter after all access options have been exhausted, guests are responsible for any locksmith, re-key, labor, parts, call-out, or after-hours fees, unless the issue is caused by a lock malfunction, smart lock failure, or host error.
