Pool heating is available for $35 per day of stay. Situated in Kissimmee, this home is a short drive from Orlando’s top attractions, including Disney World (20–25 minutes), SeaWorld (30 minutes), and Universal Studios (35 minutes). Nearby, you'll find a variety of world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A written notification and approval are required to bring one house-trained dog, and a pet fee will be applied with a security deposit of up to $150. Propane for the grill must be provided by the guest. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to three cars may park in the designated area. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300. [SI]
