There is generous seating in the living room, and the open flow between shared spaces makes it easy to reconnect throughout the day. Enjoy access to shared amenities such as the water park, lazy river, clubhouse, fitness center, gym, and hot tub. Pool heat is available for an additional $35 per day. The property is pet-friendly. Set in Four Corners, Florida, this villa offers easy access to shopping, dining, and major attractions. Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios are all within a comfortable drive. Located within the Windsor at Westside resort community, you'll find first-class amenities just a couple minutes walking distance to the clubhouse. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Up to three cars may park on the designated area. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure, bagging all trash and placing it in the proper receptacle. Failure to follow this rule can result in fines up to $300. [SI]
