Windsor at Westside is a sought-after community offering first-class amenities, including a resort-style pool, lazy river, water slides, and more. Located off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, the property is just ten miles from Disney World and other world-famous attractions. The neighborhood provides ample shopping, dining, and entertainment options, ensuring everything you need is within reach. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $250. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. No smoking, drugs, or firearms are allowed on the property, and fireworks are prohibited. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours. Trash must be bagged and disposed of properly to avoid fines. The property is located within a gated community, providing a safe and welcoming environment. The home is equipped with a propane grill, but guests must provide their own propane. Please report any damages immediately.
