A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
