To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, with violations resulting in fines from building management. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Guest screening is required prior to check-in for the safety and security of all residents. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with full names and valid ID. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300.
