It includes a washer and dryer, one queen bed with a TV, one sofa bed with a TV, and one bathroom. Relax and recharge your batteries in the building's fully equipped fitness center and enjoy the business center that offers you a quiet space to concentrate. When you want to unwind, curl up next to a cozy shared fireplace. Parking is available for just $20 per night, only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Enjoy our seasonal pool, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day (May–September), available daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. The neighborhood is a lively and vibrant area, with a wealth of commercial and office buildings, as well as public transportation, dining, and shopping options. It also has a thriving arts and cultural scene and several green spaces to enjoy. Blocks away from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Provide full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. The cost is $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee is included in the reservation for accidental property damage. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, and damage that isn’t reported during the stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge. Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine and a party on the property incurs a $300 fine. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Only registered guests have access to the pool. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for an extra supplement.
