I really enjoy living in this smaller apartment building. The lofts aren’t advertised, but they truly are amazing. The finishes could be a little better, and the amenities are meager, but I’m overall very happy here. I’d recommend living here based on the area- grocery and netto are minutes away- and the maintenance staff are on point!

The facilities are very clean and the staff seems to have a quick response time thus far in my time here. I just submitted a simple maintenance request so we will see how long it takes to get fixed.

Great unit for the area. The interiors are well designed and feel premium. The location is amazing as well being right in front of the mall and relatively close to the metro stations. The biggest downside to this place is the absence of amenities that can be found in similarly priced flats in the area. What you get here is a nicer unit in exchange for quantity of amenities at a similar price point.

My roommate and I just moved in and we are very satisfied with our new apartment! Everything is new and beautiful. The staff here is very friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Move-in was smooth and we had no issues. As some feedback, we do feel that some the maintenance requests take some time to get addressed. We have had some issues we noticed upon move in which we submitted for maintenance, and some were addressed quickly while others have not yet been attended to. We also were ...
not aware that the elevator by the loading dock could be reserved for moving, this would have been useful to know/schedule prior to our move in. However, we were able to use the other elevator to move in so we do not have any complaints about ease of accessibility. Thanks so much for your support! We are excited to live at 672 Flats!

I love the convenient location of 672 Flats. Could use improvement in certain matters, but overall, I love my stay here. I've been here since 2019 and management (at the time) did a great job during the Covid pandemic.
