If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Enjoy the seasonal pool, available daily from 11 AM to 8 PM. The neighborhood is quiet and full of families, close to Clarendon/Court House which has lots of restaurants. Blocks away from the Ballston and Virginia Square Metro stations. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, and damage that isn’t reported during the stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards are charged $250, replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and a party on property incurs a $300 fine.
