The seasonal pool is for registered guests only. Parking is available in your designated space, and you must display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. Ballston Quarter is a lively shopping and dining hub with boutiques, national brands, a food hall, and entertainment options, only steps away. The apartment is around 10–15 minutes by Metro to the National Mall, Smithsonian Museums, and the Capitol. Noise Policy: To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Please provide full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. The cost is $50, and the latest departure time is 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee is included in the reservation to cover accidental property damage. It is important that any damage you have caused is reported for the damage coverage to be effective. The damage waiver fee doesn’t cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, any damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage that isn’t reported during the stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards are charged at $250, replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and a party on the property incurs a $300 fine.
