This vacation rental offers the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and relaxation for your coastal escape. The initial supply of consumables, like toilet paper, and towels/linens are stocked based on the capacity of/sleeping arrangements in the apartment. If you would like a 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay for an additional $25 by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure. There is a $100 non-refundable fee per pet to cover the additional cost of cleaning. Located a stone's throw away from Pompano Beach, this apartment is ideally located. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced per city ordinance, and full legal names of all guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only; no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, and there is a $500 fine for violation. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and there is a $500 fine for violation. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, including but not limited to cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use; outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, and there is a $500 fine for violation. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; no unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus is allowed, and there is a $1000 fine for violation. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later. Check out time is 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and late 12 PM check out fee is paid prior to 10 PM the night before check out. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain permission. No packages may be delivered to the property outside of the guest’s booked and paid reservation dates. Receiving USPS mail is not permitted. Once the stay has been completed, guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. While rare, and despite routine pest control, it is possible for an insect or gecko to get inside through an open door, window, etc. Do not adjust any mounted TVs. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security.
