Throwing a party, trashing the space, damaging the unit, disrespecting the property, or having a gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking will result in a $200 fine. If the housekeeping crew discovers an unreasonable mess post-checkout, an additional fee of $100 will be charged. Each checkout is allowed to have 2 bags of trash left inside the unit; each bag of trash over that is a $25 charge. Tampering with the smoke/noise detector will result in a $150 fine.
