When it's time to retire for the night, choose from one of three private bedrooms: the primary bedroom upstairs with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom downstairs with a king-size bed, and the third bedroom downstairs with two queen-size beds. The living room couch also converts into a queen-sized bed. This property welcomes dogs, with a maximum of 3, for a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats will incur a fine of $400. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking indoors will result in a $1,000 fine plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
