No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must be quiet between 9 PM and 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and a minimum age of 22 is required for the primary person booking, except for students or interns. Long-term stays (30 days or more) are subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for secure entry using a personalized access code. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement.
