The condo features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, a Smart TV with streaming apps, complimentary coffee, and a patio. Please note that the washer/dryer is not available until further notice. Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout, available for additional fees. Pets are welcome with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on the length of stay and collected separately. All pets must be on a leash when outside on the property. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area, enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in one place, just across the street from the building. Ideally situated, it's just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride to various attractions. The condo is a smoke-free environment. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees starting at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must be quiet between 9 PM and 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors to ensure compliance with the noise policy. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and a minimum age of 22 is required for the primary person booking, except for students or interns. Long-term stays (30 days or more) are subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for secure entry using a personalized access code. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement.
