The bathroom is well-stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Complimentary laundry facilities are available just outside the building in an attached and secure structure. Parking is available but can be tight, with 6 spots for 6 apartments, potentially too small for larger vehicles. The historic Mt. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and unauthorized parties may be considered criminal trespassing. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking or lighting anything within the property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund.
