Please note, there is construction near the Pinnacle Ridge townhouses and Riverside condos, which may result in some construction noise and traffic. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards. No pets are allowed. No parties are permitted. Sports equipment is not allowed inside the unit, and bikes, skis, boards, or other large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed. Fines and/or eviction may occur for broken building rules. For guests staying for work, do not track mud, coal, or any work-related mess into the building or unit, and do not bring work materials or supplies into the unit.
